I haven't written in a long time. The last time I wrote was back in August. I haven't written because I've been kind of busy because of school, hockey, and soccer.
Let me tell you how my hockey's going. We are 2-3 (won 2 and lost 3). We had a 6:20 am practice today. We've had two of those so far in the season. Yesterday I had a game and we lost 8-2 but I did score a goal. We were playing the Lakers but not the basketball team. They were a Mite A team and we are a Mite B team so they should be better than us. So how I scored my goal was this way... I got a breakaway but there were two defenders so I stick handled around them and faked the goalie one way and shot the other way and scored. Then when there was 30 seconds left, I got a breakaway and passed to one of my teammates and he missed the pass and then we lost.
So I think I might come back into the writing business again.
P.S. I'm #9 for hockey and #1 for soccer.

Looks like hockey is going well for you, but what's the deal with the 6:20 am practice on Sunday morning. Do you have the same coach as baseball, because I could talk to him about you needing some one on one time with God in Church on Sunday mornings. Let me know if I can help.

glad you have got a little time to write. sounds like your having alot of fun playing hockey and soccer when you are not doing home work. kept up the good work. we miss you guys alot. love grandpa and grandma

ReplyDeleteSounds like that score you made was quite technical. You will have to teach us a little about hockey when you are in Iowa next. It is great to read your writing again.
